1. What Camp.land Does
Camp.land monitors campsite availability at Texas state parks and sends you email notifications when a site matching your alert criteria becomes available. We do not book campsites on your behalf. All reservations must be made directly through the state park reservation system.
2. Accounts and Payment
Creating alerts requires a paid subscription ($5/month for unlimited alerts) or a one-time payment ($10 for a single alert). Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
3. No Guarantee of Availability
Camp.land provides availability alerts but cannot guarantee that campsites will remain available when you attempt to book. Campsites can be claimed by other users in the seconds between our scan and your booking attempt. We are not responsible for missed bookings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Camp.land for personal, non-commercial campsite booking purposes only. Automated scraping, reselling alert data, or using the service to facilitate commercial campsite speculation is prohibited.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment if the service did not work as described. Contact us at hello@camp.land.
6. Limitation of Liability
Camp.land is provided "as is." We are not liable for any missed bookings, incorrect availability data, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Camp.land after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
