We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Email address (required for alerts and account access)
• Phone number (optional, for SMS alerts)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
• Alert preferences (parks, dates, site types you want to monitor)
• Basic analytics via Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data)

How We Use It

• Send you campsite availability alert emails
• Process your subscription and payments via Stripe
• Let you manage your alerts and account
• Improve the service (via aggregated, anonymous analytics)

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery)
• We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from alerts at any time. Email us at hello@camp.land.
