What’s a scan?
A scan monitors one park for one set of dates. For example: “Watch Enchanted Rock for any weekend in April” is one scan. It runs continuously until your target dates pass or you cancel it.
Pay-per-use is great if you have one specific trip in mind. Monthly/annual plans let you run multiple scans at once — perfect if you’re flexible on parks or dates.

What happens when a scan finds availability?+
We immediately send you an email (and SMS/push if your plan includes it) with the site details and a direct link to book on ReserveAmerica. The scan keeps running in case more sites open up.
How is scan frequency different between tiers?+
Basic scans check every 15 minutes. Plus checks every 10 minutes. Priority checks every 5 minutes. For high-demand parks like Enchanted Rock, faster scanning means you hear about cancellations sooner.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your alerts dashboard. Your scans keep running until the end of your billing period.
Do you book the site for me?+
No — we send you a direct link to the booking page on ReserveAmerica. You complete the reservation yourself. We just make sure you know about it first.
What if no sites open up?+
Your scan runs continuously until your target dates pass. Pay-per-use scans don't expire early — you get the full monitoring window. If nothing opens, that's camping at popular parks for you. But cancellations happen more often than you'd think.
