Moab · 51 sites
Devils Garden Campground is the only campground inside Arches National Park, set about 18 miles from the park entrance near the Devils Garden trailhead and Landscape Arch. Red rock formations and slickrock surround the sites, and it's one of the hardest reservations to land in the entire National Park System. There are no hookups and no showers, so plan on dry camping.

Fruita Campground sits in the historic Fruita Historic District of Capitol Reef National Park, a lush oasis along the Fremont River shaded by cottonwood trees and surrounded by the orchards planted by Mormon pioneer settlers in the late 1800s. The setting is grassy and green, a striking contrast to the red-rock cliffs and Capitol Reef's namesake white-domed sandstone that rise on every side. Sites sit close together on open lawn with little privacy but plenty of shade, walking distance to the historic Gifford Homestead and the orchards, where visitors can pick fruit in season.

North Campground sits near the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center and Sunrise Point, an easy walk to the rim and some of the park's best-known hoodoo views. Bryce Canyon's high elevation keeps nights cold even in summer, so pack layers regardless of when you visit.

South Campground sits next to Watchman Campground at the south end of Zion Canyon, an easy walk from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center and the pedestrian bridge into Springdale. Unlike Watchman, none of the sites here have electric hookups, and it includes a block of walk-to tent sites.

Sunset Campground sits near Sunset Point, a short walk from some of Bryce Canyon's best-known hoodoo overlooks and the park's Rim Trail. Like North Campground nearby, it sits at Bryce's high elevation, where nights stay cold even in summer.

Springdale · 184 sites
Watchman Campground sits at the south end of Zion Canyon, an easy walk from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center, the pedestrian bridge into Springdale, and the shuttle stop that runs the length of the canyon. It's the only Zion campground with electric sites, and it's open year-round along the Virgin River with views of the Watchman peak overhead.
